Your kindness was evident in taking our phone calls no matter the time of day and with so much compassion to endear us to you during the purchase of our new home but the selling of our former home. You are a credit to your agency and to the realtor profession.


I’ll start off by saying Donna was very nice but that’s where I draw the line. We purchased a house site unseen from across the country we canceled on Donna to be our eyes in this process. After driving three days of cross country we arrived at our house and it was a dump there was trash in the front yard no locks on the back door trash inside the house, fridge full of
Rotten food. Not to mention we are now doing repairs to the home that were unseen. Donna herself never even saw the home before we got here. She was referred to us by Veterans United and only upon the day of arrival a month and a half in is when she thanked me for my service. I am extremely disappointed And feel very let down in this process she did not negotiate price at all either, and what we paid for this house should have been less considering the situation that was left for us. When I asked who was going to do a final walk-through she told me the seller‘s agent was going to no one did a final walk-through. I feel she has failed us miserably.

Can not say enough about the professionalism and quality of information that Donna provided. By far the most loyal and honest realtor I have ever worked with and would recommend her for any realtor needs. She made our process quick and easy, kept us informed and updated, made sure we had a clear understanding of the process and guided us through step by step. An absolutely wonderful agent and could not be happier with the outcome. 

Donna was supremely easy to work with, promptly answered any questions, and made herself available to us at any time until sale was totally completed.  She was very courteous  and helpful over and above her call of duty.  We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and now consider her a dear friend.  

 I listed my home and moved several states away. Donna kept on top of showing my home and keeping me informed. The selling process was very easy and didn't disrupt my life having to travel back to Alabama. Donna  made the whole process painless!
